These terms apply to your use of this website and, where they are incorporated into a signed scope, to brokerage services provided by Domantria LLC. By using this website you accept these terms. Where a signed engagement conflicts with these terms, the signed engagement governs for that matter.
What we are
Domantria LLC is an independent brokerage that represents buyers and sellers of domain names in private transactions. We are not a registrar, we are not a registry, and we do not sell registrations. We are not an escrow holder, a bank, a money transmitter, or a trustee, and we do not take custody of transaction funds, which move through an independent escrow provider engaged for the matter. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are not an accounting firm and we do not provide tax or financial advice. We do not provide appraisal services that meet any statutory or regulatory standard for valuation of an asset, and our written notes are professional opinions, not formal valuations.

The content of this website is provided for general information. It is not advice for your situation, and it is not an offer to buy or sell anything. Descriptions of services are summaries and do not create obligations. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of this site at any time. We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that every statement is complete, current, or without error, and we are not liable for reliance on it.
Engagements
An engagement with Domantria LLC exists only when a written scope is signed by the client and by an authorised representative of Domantria LLC. Nothing on this website, and no conversation before signature, creates an engagement. Fees, scope, reporting cadence, confidentiality, and the ending procedure are set out in the signed scope and in the rate card in force at signature. Fees are for work performed. We do not promise a particular result, including that a name will be acquired, that a sale will complete, that a transfer will be approved, or that any price will be achieved.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to interfere with the operation of the site, to submit information you are not entitled to submit, or to misrepresent your identity or authority. You agree not to use any part of this site to pursue unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of another party. Where a submission is made through a form on this site, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Confidentiality obligations in a matter arise under the signed scope. The content of this website, including its text, structure, and design, belongs to Domantria LLC. You may read it and print it for your own reference. You may not reproduce it commercially, present it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.
Governing law, arbitration, and class-action waiver
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or to services provided by Domantria LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington for matters not subject to arbitration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in King County, Washington, before a single arbitrator, under rules the parties agree or, failing agreement, under the rules of a recognised arbitration provider. You and Domantria LLC each waive the right to have a jury decide any dispute and the right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may seek relief in a small claims court for a qualifying claim. Nothing in this clause prevents a party from seeking injunctive relief to protect its rights while an arbitration proceeds.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domantria LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities or lost value, arising out of or relating to these terms or to any engagement. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any matter is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
