We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to switch off. Here is why, and how to send a request anyway.
California law gives residents the right to direct a business not to sell their personal information and not to share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Domantria LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or for any comparable purpose. We do not run advertising technology on this website, we do not embed remote content that could observe a visitor, and we do not pass contact details to any party for marketing.
That means there is no sale to opt out of and no sharing to limit. Rather than leave the page at that, we explain how the right works, what we would do if a request arrived, and how to submit one if you want a written record of our position.
What the CPRA right covers
The California Privacy Rights Act, which amended the California Consumer Privacy Act, uses specific definitions. A sale generally means disclosing personal information to another business for monetary or other valuable consideration. Sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising means disclosing personal information to another party so that party can use it to serve advertising based on activity across different businesses, services, or contexts. Neither describes anything we do. Our limited disclosures, described in our privacy policy, are to parties who need information to perform a transaction step: a counterparty and their advisers, an independent escrow provider engaged for a settlement, the registrar of record where a transfer requires it, and our own professional advisers.
How to submit a request anyway
You may submit a request to opt out of sale or sharing, and to have that recorded, by writing to [email protected] with the subject line request to opt out, or by post to Domantria LLC, 1425 4th Avenue, Suite 900, Seattle, WA 98101, United States. We will acknowledge the request, verify your identity as described below, record the instruction in our records, and confirm in writing that we hold no sale or sharing to which the instruction applies.

Verification and authorised agents
Before acting on a request, we verify your identity. Verification is proportionate: we ask for information you already gave us, or information we already hold, and we compare rather than catalogue. Where a request relates to a transaction we recorded, we may ask for details that only the requesting party would know. Where you use an authorised agent, the agent must provide evidence of authority signed by you, and we may contact you directly to confirm the authority before we act.
No discrimination
We do not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right. This practice handles a small number of files, and the record of a privacy request is kept separately from the commercial file so that it cannot influence how a matter is handled.
Children and retention
We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under sixteen, and we do not sell or share information relating to anyone, which includes any data about a minor. Retention periods are described in our privacy policy, and they depend on the purpose of the record and the legal requirements that apply to it.
If you are outside California, this page still describes our general position accurately: we do not sell personal information. If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability rights described in our privacy policy are available to you on the same terms.
